A Forest County flooring company will detail a plan to bring dozens of jobs to Laona during a press conference, Monday.
According to WLUK-TV, WD Flooring will add 58 new positions. They currently employ 100 people.
President and CEO of WD Flooring Peter Connor says the new jobs and new equipment upgrade comes on the heels of a $750,000 business loan from the Wisconsin Department of Commerce.
The hardwood flooring maker is rolling out an engineered flooring line. The finished products will be sold both in the U.S. and internationally.
