The Village of Kronenwetter is expanding the area to run water for all Kronenwetter Water Utility residents that live west of I-39.
Residents should leave a faucet running to keep their water service from freezing.
The remainder of the Kronenwetter Water Utility residents that have not received a letter, should monitor their water usage. These residents may want to use water more frequently than normal without letting long periods of time elapse without running any water. Residents need to monitor the pressure and the color of the water. Lower pressure can means ice is forming and restricting the flow.
Those people who are asked to let their water run continuously, will not be billed for the use of extra water. Kronenwetter Water Utility will bill from last year's water usage average.
If anyone has any problems or questions, they are asked to contact the Village of Kronenwetter Water Utility Department at (715) 693-5732.
