A Marathon Co. judge is ordering a Wausau Pit Bull be euthanized after it attacked a woman and her Chihuahua - killing her dog in June.

Court records show the judge finds imminent threat to the public.

The pit bull's owner, Amanda Williams will have to pay for the cost of the euthanasia, as well as costs for the city and county to quarantine the animal.
