Wisconsin is known for a lot of things, including dairy products like milk and cheese. In honor of June Dairy Month, I headed into the kitchen to find a tasty grilled cheese recipe that's unlike any other.
Chef Dave Alter from Sweet & Savoury showed us how to make a Wisconsin-style grilled cheese sandwhich. What makes it different from any other, is that he grilled up a brat, cut it up, and put the pieces in the middle of the sandwich. All of the ingredients he used came from right here in our area.
