Hollywood Legend Nora Ephron Dead at 71

Nora Ephron, the force behind such beloved hit movies as "When Harry Met Sally" and "Sleepless in Seattle" has died, according to CBS News.

Ephron had been battling leukemia and passed away at a New York Hospital Tuesday evening.

Often called one of the most powerful women in Hollywood, Ephron was an Oscar-nominated screenwriter known for her romantic comedies and also for more serious fare like the Meryl Streep film "Silkwood".

Her last film was "Julie and Julia", which she also directed.

Nora Ephron was 71-years-old.
