The Rhinelander Chamber of Commerce wants to know who stole their mascot's claw.
The hodag that sits in front of the chamber was recently vandalized.
Staff say a white claw was ripped off either on August 24th or 25th.
Luckily the company that built the monster statue will replace the missing claw.
The hodag has been mistreated in the past. Several years ago someone spray painted the landmark with graffiti.
Now the Chamber is considering a surveillance system to prevent any further problems.
