GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) -- A media analysis finds that the Green Bay police officer involved in a controversial arrest in April has received 14 citizen complaints since he joined the department 12 years ago.

The complaints against Officer Derek Wicklund include five allegations of excessive force. However, internal investigations found no evidence to substantiate any of the complaints.

A video posted on YouTube this spring showed Wicklund shoving a man against a parked car, throwing him to the ground and punching him. He's been moved to administrative duty during an investigation.

Previous complaints include allegations that he slammed a person into a car hard enough to injure his ribs, and that he kicked a woman during an arrest.

From 2002 to 2008, he also received 22 commendations.
