Governor Scott Walker said he will continue the fight to support local business owners here in Wisconsin.
The state jumped to number two in the nation for economic growth, according to the Federal Reserve Band of Philadelphia. The state's growth in the past three months was the best in 25 years, and the state's ranking is the best in history.
"[There's still] a lot more work to be done," said Walker, "the employers, entrepreneurs, people who took that risk, started up their businesses, these are the folks that are going to help us create more jobs in Wisconsin."
Business owners from across Wisconsin were able to participate in seminars and talk to the Governor about how the state can help their businesses thrive.
