G3 Industries said Monday they'll consolidate their Precision Machining and Turning Facility in Menomonee Falls into their corporate Kronenwetter facility, creating 35 new jobs by November.
The G3 said it is a cost reduction measure. The company owns its corporate facility in Kronenwetter, but not the facility in Menomonee Falls. The consolidation provides direct monthly cost savings and the “soft” benefits of the consolidation are significant enough that the closure became the only responsible option for the good of the company as a whole.
G3 said they will provide the Menomonee Falls employees who will not be transitioning to the Kronenwetter facility, with job search assistance.
G3 specializes in Precision Machining and Turning, Wire Forming, Tube Bending/Fabrication, 2D & 3D Laser Fabrication, Welded Assemblies, Fan Guards and Value Added Assemblies.
