A 38-year-old Ozaukee County man is charged in Lincoln County after he's accused of exchanging inappropriate text messages with a 15-year-old.
Court records say while at a summer home in Tomahawk in July, David Czarnecki bought alcohol for two 15-year-olds, later inviting one of them to smoke marijuana. According the criminal complaint, Czarnecki asked one of the teens to preform a sexual act on him.
Authorities in Ozaukee County were made aware of the incident on October 30.
Czarnecki is charged with using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, child enticement, and intentionally contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Investigators say at this point it is unclear if any sexual contact actually occurred.
Czarnecki is free on a $5,000 signature bond and will return to court Dec. 30 to learn if his case will head to trial.
