Former Antigo Teacher Involved in Drug Ring Cited for Drunk Snowmobiling

One of the former Antigo teachers convicted of possession of marijuana is now cited for operating a snowmobile while intoxicated.

Mark Incha, 46, was also cited for operating a snowmobile illegally on or near a highway and for refusing a breathalyzer.

The former special education teacher received a deferred sentence to the marijuana charge in September as long as he didn't commit another crime and cooperated with police.

Langlade County District Attorney Ralph Uttke says the snowmobile citations are not criminal, but ordinances, therefore will not count toward his sentence.

He also says the cooperating with police clause had to do with the drug investigation.

Incha, was one of several Antigo teachers charged with possession of marijuana or more severe marijuana charges.
