A former Merrill School District substitute teacher accused of possessing marijuana has entered into a deferred judgment agreement.
Anthony Crab, 55, who has been relieved from his teaching duties, pleaded guilty Wednesday in Langlade County Court to a charge of possession of THC.
Judge Fred Kawalski scheduled the matter for September 4, 2013. If Crabb remains crime free until then, under the agreement, Kawalski will drop the charge to a disorderly conduct.
