Florida Child Sexual Battery Suspect Arrested in Weyauwega

The Wisconsin State Patrol said a 59-year-old man was arrested Thursday in Weyauwega in a child sexual battery case.

State Patrol said in a news release the Jacksonville Florida Sheriff's Office requested assistance in arresting the suspect, a semi driver, in Waupaca County. The Jacksonville Department provide the necessary information to identify the suspect.

The man was arrested at 10:07 a.m. July 31 during a traffic stop. State Patrol said he will be extradited back to Florida.
