With the first Friday in Lent comes the start of the Fish Fry season here in the Badger State.
Restaurants, churches, and other community organizations across Northcentral Wisconsin were serving up this Wisconsin classic tonight.
St. Anne's Catholic Parish in Wausau says hundreds turned out for their first fish fry of the season tonight. It is something both the community and event organizers say they are thrilled to carry on year after year.
This is the 61st year for the St. Anne's Fish Fry. It will continue every Friday during Lent.
