The Marathon County Medical Examiner says a 53-year-old man found deceased in his mobile home during a fire Sunday night is Russell Lukensmeyer.
The Mosinee, Kronenwetter, Marathon, and Rib Mountain Fire Departments were called to Edgewood Mobile Home Park at 610 Moon Road in Mosinee for a raging fire shortly before 7 pm Sunday. Crews had the fire contained by 7:45 pm.
The State Fire Marshal will be assisting the Marathon County Sheriff's Department during the investigation.
Lukensmeyer's preliminary cause of death is smoke inhalation.
