Everyone at Bucks' Home Games to be Screened

MILWAUKEE (AP) -- The lines to get into the Milwaukee Bucks game at the BMO Harris Bradley Center could be a bit longer.

The NBA has required teams to randomly screen or wand fans attending games. But, that security policy changes beginning Wednesday night with the Bucks' game against the Brooklyn Nets at Milwaukee. The NBA is directing teams to screen every person entering the game.

The Bucks are advising fans to leave any unnecessary items in their locked vehicles and arrive early to avoid excessive waiting or long lines. Keys or metallic objects should be hand held.

The team says the new screening policy is a league mandate and not the result of a specific incident in Milwaukee.
