A 29-year-old Eau Claire man is due back in court next month after being accused of taking a photograph of a woman while she tanned.

Christopher Brott is charged with capturing a nude image without consent and invasion of privacy. According to the criminal complaint, a woman at Caribbean Tan in Eau Claire was naked in the booth when she saw a cell phone being held above the wall. She yelled and told the owner who identified Brott as the person in the next booth.

The maximum sentence for both charges is four-and-half years behind bars.

Brott is due in Eau Claire County Court January 27.
