A new football season and another head coach for Wausau East, their third in as many seasons.
Former Merrill coach Tom Tourtillott takes over a Lumberjack program that won just one game last season.
Coach "T" recognizes the transition from coach to coach to coach may be tough on some players, but the team has had little trouble with the adjustment so far.
"Kids are resilient, they can bounce back from everything. The most difficult thing is learning our language and learning how we run practice," said Tourtillott.
Senior Marcus Josiger believes that the adversity of the multiple coaching changes has helped the team grow together.
"I feel great, I think we all have a lot of confidence coming into this year despite our previous year. We've been motivated, we've been condition, I think we'll be good."
