The man hospitalized after a drive by shooting in Farmington on March 23rd, has been released from the hospital.

Rickey Stoflet Jr., 35, was released Monday from Theda Clark Medical Center after being hospitalized for 10 days. Stoflet had been shot in the early morning hours of March 23rd while standing in his apartment attached to the rear of the Wally World Tavern.

Detectives are continuing to follow up leads on the case. The person(s) responsible for the shooting were believed to be in a light colored 2000 to 2005 four door Chevy Impala.

Deputies say, Rickey Stoflet Jr. was in his apartment, attached to the rear of the bar, the night shots were fired outside Wally World Tavern.

According to family members, Stoflet remains in critical but stable condition at an area hospital.

The Sheriff's Department continues to seek information from the public to help with identification of the person, or person's responsible.

The Waupaca County Sheriff's Department is seeking help from the public in identifying the person responsible for an early morning shooting at the Wally World Tavern.

The tavern is located in the Town of Farmington. Around 3:36am Deputies responded to a report of gunshots being fired outside the bar. Law enforcement found that the bar and a neighboring apartment had been struck with bullets.

Police believe the bullets were fired from a passing car. One person was struck by a stray bullet and transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital. The name and victims condition are not being release at this time.

Detectives believe that two people are responsible for the shooting. They may have been in a 2002 or 2005 silver or champagne color Impala. If you have any information, call the Waupaca County Sheriff's Office at 715-258-4466.
