If you're currently unemployed and have an interview coming up; there's a way to help yourself look the part.
Hair stylist, Beth Michaelis of Suite B Hair, is offering discounted services at her downtown salon in Wausau. After being unemployed for about a month herself, she says she knows what it's like when you see your funds quickly drain as you're trying to get back into the game.
So to help those in need, she is offering $10 hair cuts and $25 basic color to those who are unemployed and have an interview lined up. Beth tells NewsChannel 7, "I will continue offering this as long as there's a need."
In addition to a new cut and style, Beth is partnering with the United Way's Career Closet which offers gently used professional clothes for those in need. If you have professional attire that you'd like to donate to the Career Closet - you can drop it off at the salon as well.
The Ojhon Salon - which Beth works independently under the name Suite B Hair Salon - is at 236 Washington Street - which is right across from the Wausau Center Mall.
