Every Monday through the end of July, we're criss-crossing the state, checking out the best restaurants Wisconsin has to offer, from atmospheres to eye-popping menus.
Our first stop was Safehouse in Milwaukee.
It's half spy museum, half restaurant, and a whole lot of something James Bond would be proud of.
The building is enormous, and there are surprises at every twist and turn.
For starters, you have to know the secret password to even get inside, and if you don't know it, they'll let you in, after you complete a series of embarrassing tasks, such as dancing, singing and hopping around like a rabbit.
Their most famous cocktail is called the "spy-tini" and before it's poured, it's sent through 600 feet of tubing, so it is, in true James Bond fashion, shaken, not stirred.
