DCE Preps for Rival SPASH

DC Everest soccer has had little trouble scoring. They've netted 124 goals so far this season!

In Thursday's sectional semifinal, they'll play Valley rival SPASH, who they've already beaten twice this season by a combined score of 10-0.

"We have to put records aside right now,' said coach Lucas Kolross, "you know, and forget the fact that we've played point twice already this season. Bottom line were 0-0 going into this game and so are they, its a rivalry game so were expecting an intense atmosphere, its gonna be a battle."

"I think everyone is kinda a little nervous for that because we've won two times against them," added sophomore Bri Widmer, "but you cant like just take those two games..and be like oh yeah were gonna win. I feel like everyone on our team is putting in 100 percent effort..every game, and every practice and I think that really helps out. "
