UPDATE: 3/20 at 8:40 p.m.
Fire officials tell WSAW the cause of the fire at Peep's Pawn Store is still undetermined. Around 3:30 Wednesday afternoon, a person passing by the store noticed smoke coming from a window and called police. Four fire departments reported and the structure was eventually knocked down.
On Monday, crews were called to the residence above the pawn store for a separate fire. The cause Monday's fire is a hotplate that was left on when a resident went to sleep.
No one was hurt in either blaze. The cause of the fire on Wednesday is still under investigation.
