UPDATE: 11 Years Prison for Man Convicted in Daycare Sexual Assault Case

A 39-year-old Crandon man will spend 11 years in prison followed by 12.5 years extended supervision after he was convicted of having sexual contact with four children at his mother's daycare last September.

William Anderson's mother, Nancy Anderson, 62, pleaded guilty to three counts of failing to have daycare provider license. As result, four counts of neglecting a child were dismissed. She was ordered to spend two years on probation and may only babysit two children that are relation. A judge also sentenced to her to 100 hours of community service, per the request of a victim.

The daycare owner and mother of a Crandon man convicted of sexually assaulting four children has reached a plea deal with prosecutors for her role in the crime, avoiding a jury trial.

Nancy Anderson, 62, pleaded guilty to three counts of failing to have daycare provider license. As result, four counts of neglecting a child were dismissed.

Nancy's son, William Anderson, 39, is convicted of repeated sexual assault of the same child and four counts of exposing his genitals to a child. He remains behind bars on a $50,000 cash bond.

The alleged four victims were all under the age of 10. Anderson said he would watch the children when his mother ran errands.

According to the criminal complaint, the alleged crimes occurred between January 2013 and September 11, 2013.

Nancy Anderson will spend two years on probation and may only babysit two children that are relation. A judge also sentenced to her to 100 hours of community service, per the request of a victim.

A 39-year-old Crandon man has been convicted of five felonies after he is accused of having sexual contact with four children at his mother's daycare.

William Anderson reached a plea deal with prosecutors Tuesday.

The alleged four victims were all under the age of 10. Anderson said he would watch the children when his mother ran errands.

According to the criminal complaint, the alleged crimes occurred between January 2013 and September 11, 2013.

Anderson is scheduled to be sentenced January 28.

William Anderson's mother, Nancy Anderson, 62, is charged with four counts of neglecting a child and three counts of failing to have daycare provider license. She pleaded not guilty to the charges October 30. She'll return to court on January 22.

Charges have now been filed against a daycare owner after allegations her son molested children when she left him in charge to run errands.

Nancy Anderson, 62, of Crandon, is expected to be charged with four counts of neglecting a child and three counts of failing to have daycare provider license.

Anderson's son, William Anderson, 39, was charged last month with two counts of repeated sexual assault of the same child and four counts of exposing his genitals to a child. He remains behind bars on a $50,000 cash bond.

Nancy Anderson is expected to be charged on October 30.
