A 23-year-old Stevens Point man accused of maintaining a drug trafficking place after investigators say they found marijuana and $16,000 in cash at his apartment has pleaded not guilty.
Elliot LeBrun is charged with possession with intent to sell THC, along with possession of narcotic drugs, cocaine, and drug paraphernalia.
Investigators executed a search warrant April 23 at a duplex located at 1724 Briggs Street. Inside one of the apartments investigators say they found drug paraphernalia in plain view.
According to the criminal complaint, in one of the bedrooms detectives located a backpack that contained two mason jars of marijuana, two jars with cocaine residue, along with thousands of dollars in cash.
Also inside the backpack was the resume and cover letter for LeBrun.
LeBrun is free on a $1,000 cash bond. He'll return to court on July 7.
