Congressman Duffy to Host Park Falls Town Hall on Thursday

Congressman Sean Duffy will be hosting a town hall meeting in Park Falls on Thursday, February 23.

It will take place at the American Legion on 3rd Avenue from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

The Town Hall is open to the public.

Congressman Duffy is nothing but a blow hard. He is a do nothing politican just hoping to keep his over paid job.

Congressman Duffy, How can you state that the stimulus dollars had no effect on saving or creating jobs? This shows that you really do not understand the economy. Is this what the PARTY told you to say?

The way of the future. Have the meeting when no one can attend. No planning what so ever. This means you tried to get people to your meeting, even if there was no notice. This is our new type of politican! We can be so proud of them! They deserve our vote, do they not?

This works for another in this state! Maybe this is what people care about. Maybe they do not care one way or another. Do the people who back either of them have no problem with this? It makes you wonder what about issues? What is wrong with voters? Do they care? Do they only vote party lines? Do they feel some one should respect them and their vote? Do they watch the news, do they read newspapers? Do they listen to the radio? I guess not. Who can tell?

Yes, when you release it this late, it is indeed an effort to keep people away. People may not have always agreed with Dave Obey, but at least we received either a newsletter, or ample time to get to the town hall meetings. Duffy is a Disaster. Someone dedicated to the voters needs to run against this guy.

Why did he release it today? The answer is he does not want to meet with any voters except those invited! He is taking a page out of the Walker play book. This will soon back fire for those pretend to be public employees.

  He gave about a day's notice again this time. It appears a sustained improvement (albeit minimal). True, many people can't attend weekdays, and others won't be able to schedule vacation (because they'll first be able to talk to the boss the morning of the event). Not great, but it's better than it could be (as proven by others)...AND...it's open to the public. BONUS!
