For 15 years, Children's Hospital of Wisconsin's "Play and Learn" program has helped children through the stages of learning.
The kids enjoy an hour and a half of activities such as reading, playing, dancing and arts and crafts.
Program Coordinator Linda Salzman says playtime plays a key role in development stages. Salzman says the children learn how to be social, while also enhancing their fine motor skills.
Parents say it also serves as a time to bond with one another, while their kids make new friends.
"Play and Learn" is offered all year round free of charge. There are various locations. Check out the list provided below!
