Class of the Week: Idea Charter School's 1st Graduating Class

It's not something many people can say, but imagine only having 4 seniors in your graduating class? Not only that, but you're also the first students to ever graduate from the school.

These seniors at Idea Charter School in Weston will have quite the story to tell and they've come a long way!

All of them spent countless hours on their senior projects which are required to graduate.

The charter school is still relatively new to the area, but students say they really enjoy the flexibility and the freedom to study more of what they're interested in.

According to staff, one of the best things about the school is they get the opportunity to watch their students grow from 6th grade to senior year, making a deeper connection with them to become successful.

Employers agree, saying many graduates they get are intelligent, but sometimes lack personality.

The seniors we spoke with say they're ready for the real world and they set the bar high for those following in their foot steps.

Congrats class of 2014!
