A plea deal looks to be in the works for a 29-year-old man accused of videotaping a teenage girl while she changed out of her bathing suit in a hotel bathroom in last October.

According to a Marshfield newspaper, the 15-year-old girl was in a public restroom at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Marshfield when she saw a cellphone on the floor near a garbage can in the record mode.

Police were notified and traced the phone to Joseph Wright. He is charged with capturing an image of nudity and invasion of privacy.

According to the Marshfield newspaper, a man resembling Wright was seen on the video setting the phone down and running from the bathroom. They say Wright later admitted to recording women during an interview with police.

Wright's trial was scheduled for Wednesday, however it was changed to a plea hearing scheduled for March 22.
