A former Antigo teacher once charged with possession of THC has complied with the terms of his deferred judgment agreement has now had the charge amended.
Mark Incha was convicted of disorderly conduct Wednesday in Langlade County Circuit Court.
Incha, 47, was one of several teachers charged in drug ring involving district employees in Langlade and Lincoln counties.
Incha resigned from the Antigo School District on March 7, 2012.
According to the criminal complaint, in December 2011, Incha told investigators he purchased “a gram or two” [of marijuana] from Scot Peterson earlier in the year. Peterson is a retired teacher and former Antigo High School football coach.
