Regional carrier Cellcom, based in Green Bay, will be among the first regional carriers to offer Apple's iPhone 4s, beginning April 20th. The device will begin at $149 for a 16GB model with a new activation and 2-year contract, according to a press release from the Company. 32GB and 64GB models will cost $249 and $349. Apple's earlier model iPhone 4 will also be available for $49. Monthly plans will range from $70 to $110, with a 2GB data cap.

"The demand for iPhone is incredible, and our customers have been asking us for this amazing device," said Patrick Riordan, Cellcom CEO. "We are thrilled to be able to deliver iPhone 4S to our customers on our renowned network."

Apple's iPhone is the top-selling device on National carriers Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint. Mississippi-based regional carrier C Spire has sold the iPhone since November, and Virginia-based nTelos will also begin sales of the device this month.
