"COPS" Crew Member Shot and Killed During Filming

Police in Omaha, Nebraska say a member of the production crew for the television show "COPS" was accidentally shot and killed by an officer. Police say audio technician Bryce Dion was hit by a bullet fired by a police officer Tuesday. Dion and a 'COPS' cameraman were filming a shootout at a Wendy's restaurant between officers and a robbery suspect who was also killed. Dion is believed to be the first member of the 'COPS' production staff killed in the 25-year history of the television show. Police say they later discovered the robbery suspect was firing plastic bullets from a pellet gun. The shooting is under investigation.

There's a new batch of 18 castaways ready to compete in the 29th season of "Survivor." Former major league pitcher, John Rocker, is among the castaways competing in "Survivor San Juan Del Sur: Blood versus Water." Other familiar faces are twin sisters Nadiya and Natalie Anderson who competed two seasons on the amazing race. The new survivor kicks off on CBS with a 90 minute premiere September 24th.

Winter the dolphin is back on the big screen! This time, Winter faces a new crisis in the sequel "Dolphin Tale 2." She loses her companion and needs a new best friend. Actor Morgan Freeman returns as the doctor who helped save winter's life. "Dolphin Tale 2" hits theaters September 12th and is based on a true story.
