A 28-year-old Milwaukee man is behind bars on a $10,000 cash bond in the Marathon County Jail after he's accused of selling cocaine to an undercover informant.
Johntay Johnson is charged with three counts of manufacturing/ delivering cocaine, two counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to a criminal complaint, officers executed a search warrant at a home on the 300 block of 8th Avenue on September 17. Inside the apartment, officers found items related to the making and selling drugs, along with more than $1,800.
In February 2010, Johnson was sentenced to five years in prison for previous drug conviction. He received credit for 518 days credit was on probation during his most recent arrest.
He'll return to court October 2.
