A benefit fundraiser will be held Monday October, 8 from 10 am to 10 pm at the Culver's in Stevens Point to raise money to off-set medical expenses for a young woman injured last month in car accident.
Culver's will donate 50% of its profit to Morgan Baar. The 2012 Almond-Bancroft teen remains in a coma stemming from injuries during a September 5th car accident.
According to a Facebook event page, Morgan has numerous injuries including a broken pelvis, clavicle, odontoid (bone at base of neck) break, five broken ribs, ruptured spleen, and facial/head/brain injuries.
She is an employee at Culver's.
