UPDATE: Baby Fine After Car Hits Stroller in Wausau

A Lieutenant with the Wausau Police Department said the infant in an accident Monday night in Wausau is fine.

Police say the infant was buckled into the stroller when the car rolled backwards and caused the stroller to tip on its side.

Police are on investigating after a baby in a stroller was hit by a car.

A Lieutenant with the Wausau Police Dept. tells NewsChannel 7 that a car backing out of a driveway on East Thomas Street hit the baby in the stroller. The Lt. says the infant has minor cuts and bruises. Our reporter tells us he saw an ambulance leaving the scene without lights - not sure if the infant was in the ambulance or not.
