The Wisconsin Rapids Police Department is looking for the suspect in an attempted armed robbery at the Subway on 8th St. South. It happened about 8:55 pm on Saturday.
The female suspect entered the store with a knife with a yellow handle and a gun they suspect was fake, and demanded cash. When employees refused, she fled northbound on 8th.
According to Wisconsin Rapids Police Lieutenant Brian Kryzkowski, there was no money, or property taken.
She was wearing all black with black ski mask. Approximately 5' 3", brown hair, brown eyes.
