A Wisconsin Rapids man is expected to be charged with second degree reckless homicide in the Aug. 7 death of his brother.
Ronald Horan, 55, remains in the Wood County jail on a probation hold.
Police were called to the 1110 1/2 Baker St. in Wisconsin Rapids around 11 p.m. That evening to investigate a possible homicide. The Division of Criminal Investigation, Wausau Crime Lab and the State Patrol assisted the Wisconsin Rapids Police Department in this investigation.
