The Wisconsin Rapids Police Department says Ronald Horan, 55, is the suspect in his brother's death. Investigators say Tracy Horan's cause of death was neck and head injuries. Police say no weapons were used. Tracy Horan was 52.
Police were called to the 1110 1/2 Baker St. in Wisconsin Rapids around 11 p.m. Thursday to investigate a possible homicide. The Division of Criminal Investigation, Wausau Crime Lab and the State Patrol have been contacted to assist the Wisconsin Rapids Police Department in this investigation.
The brothers did not live together.
Investigators say Ronald Horan attempted to hide or bury Tracy Horan's body before calling 911.
Horan remains in jail on a probation hold.
