The second person injured in an incident at the Packaging Corporation of America in Tomahawk has died.
According to Lincoln County authorities, Dustin Dean Hale, 29, died Saturday afternoon at a hospital in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Initial reports show that back on July 17th, Dennis Gougeon,47, and Hale were spraying high pressured water on a fly-ash bin at the factory. The ash ignited, seriously burning the two men. Gougeon died from his injuries a day after the incident. Both of the men were working as contractors from Michigan.
