According to a news release from the Waupaca County Sheriff's Department, deputies are searching for a suspect in an armed robbery in the Township of Weyauwega. It happened just before 6, Sunday morning at the Sun Set Curve Amoco Gas Station on Highway 10.
Deputies say a man in his early to mid-20s entered the gas station, threatened the clerk and left with an undetermined amount of cash. No one was hurt.
Authorities say he's a white male, 5'8 to 6'0 in height, weighing 170-200 pounds, thin build, with short brown hair and a short trimmed beard on his jaw line. He was wearing a pink-hooded sweatshirt, gray gym shorts and white tennis shoes.
