A 22-year-old Antigo man is behind bars on $15,000 cash bond after a standoff with deputies on July 4.
According to the criminal complaint, dispatch received a report of gunshots southeast of the city at a home on Crestwood Road. When officers arrived they noticed two vehicles with windows that were smashed or shot-out.
Officers say they could see someone inside the home and ordered them to come out using their PA system, however the person did not comply. Officers also made phone contact with individual who later surrendered and was arrested without incident.
Court documents state the suspect, later identified as Archie Biddell III, was intoxicated at the time of the incident.
Investigators found an AK-47, a 12-gauge shotgun, ammunition, drugs and drug paraphernalia.
Court records show Biddell may not be in possession of firearm due to a previous felony conviction in 2011.
Biddell is charged with two counts of possession a firearm by a felon, 1st degree recklessly endangering safety, possessing a firearm while intoxicated, and failure to comply with an officer's arrest attempt.
Biddell will return to court on July 22.
