If Amherst is going to win the school's first football state championship, they'll have to do it without star quarterback Chris Zblewski. He has a high ankle sprain suffered in their Level 4 win over Colby last Friday.

The team says he is taking the injury day by day.

He didn't practice with the Falcons on Monday and at this point, senior Caleb Glennon and freshman Garry Groshek will likely share snaps on Thursday in the Division 5 state championship game against Lancaster.
