The Adams County correction officer accused of having sex with a 27-year-old inmate has reached a plea deal with prosecutors avoiding a jury trial.
According to online court records, Dawn Bradshaw, 41, has pleaded not contest to three counts of disorderly conduct. Those charges were were amended from second degree sexual assault.
The alleged crime took place between September and October of 2010. Charges were filed in July 2011 in Adams County.
She faces a maximum sentence of 90 days in jail.
