Actress Halle Berry Set to Pay Thousands in Child Support

We're learning more details on the deadly crash that left comedian Tracy Morgan critically injured. Prosecutors say Walmart truck driver Kevin Roper, hadn't slept for more than 24 hours before slamming into Tracy Morgan's limo bus Saturday. Morgan suffered broken ribs, a broken nose and leg. His friend, comedian James McNair, also known as "Jimmy Mack" was killed in the crash. A spokeperson for Morgan says he's still in critical condition, but was more responsive after surgery. Roper is set to appear in court Wednesday.

Comedian Kevin Hart leads the cast again for "Think Like a Man Too."
The cast walked the red carpet in Hollywood for the world premiere of the sequel of the hit romantic comedy. The film follows the couples as they explore sin city. "Think Like a Man Too" hits theaters June 20th.

A settlement is reached between Halle Berry and her ex boyfriend model Gabriel Aubry over child support payments for their six year old daughter Nahla. The judge ruled that Berry will pay $16,000 a month or nearly $200,000 a year in child support. The Oscar winner will also pay for their daughter's tuition, but the former couple will split health care expenses. The ruling also calls for Berry to pay her ex $300,000 to his attorneys to cover costs over their custody dispute in 2012.
