GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) -- Green Bay Packers' quarterback Aaron Rodgers is making his prime-time television acting debut.
He'll be on the "The Office" Thursday night on NBC, where No. 12 will play a judge for a singing competition.
Rodgers has expressed interest in hosting "Saturday Night Live" on his weekly radio show, but so far that invitation has not been extended.
Two seasons ago, Rodgers was a guest analyst when NBC had Super Bowl XLVI. Rodgers appeared on the network's pre-game show with former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Hines Ward.
Rodgers has appeared in a number of television commercials most notably for State Farm Insurance, Pizza Hut and Ford Trucks.
The Packers recently signed Rodgers to a $110 million contract extension.
