Go hard or go home! We work hard to burn calories during workouts, but what about after the workout? That's where metabolic resistance training comes to mind.
Fitness trainer, Robin Birkenmeier, says this is very helpful for those who are constantly on the go or need to get more out of their workout in less time.
The goal is to create more work for your body, restoring itself to pre-workout levels, so that you're burning more calories during your workout session. Keep going and keep pushing!
