A Better You: Enhance Your Core Strength with Stability Balls

You've seen them in the gym, offices, classrooms and maybe have one in your own home. Exercise balls also known as stability balls are a great add on to your everyday workout.

Among many benefits, club director James Klier at Anytime Fitness in Weston, says it helps target the core and improve overall strength.

He also says stability balls add variety, could help prevent injury and increase stability and coordination.
