A Better You: Ditch the Free Weight Nervousness

Getting to the gym is one challenge, especially when you're busy keeping up with your family. Also, feeling comfortable when doing your exercise at the gym can be another hurdle to tackle, too.

In this week's "A Better You," Anytime Fitness of Wausau trainer Amy Radloff helps clear up some of the nervousness that comes with trying free weights for the first time.
