People living with disabilities in our area are proving anything is possible.
They learned how to kayak out at Jordan Park in Stevens Point.
They were able to do this with the help of local organizations.
Midstate Independent Living and volunteers from Dive Point Scuba program in Stevens Point, provided the opportunity for them to get out on the water.
Many of them were trying it out for the very first time.
"I loved it - it was a beautiful day," said Regina Literski, participant.
More than 200 people with disabilities have learned how to kayak in the seven years the event has been held.
