A judge ruled their was enough evidence to send Michael Durkee to trial. His 15-year-old accuser testified at his preliminary hearing in Marathon County Court.
The alleged victim told the court she had sex with Michael at his trailer at the Wildlife Campground the night his fiancé Deanna Zuleger Scantlin disappeared.
The girl says they had sex five more times in the weeks following Deanna's disappearance.
Michael faces six counts of sexual assault.
His brother, Mitch Durkee, is also accused of having sex with the 15-year-old the night Deanna disappeared. Mitch did not have a lawyer, and his preliminary hearing has been postponed.
Michael will be arraigned within the next month.
