Residents in the town of Ladysmith, WI start the long rebuilding process after Monday night's tornado tore up the town.
A tornado touched down in Ladysmith Wisconsin, just north of Eau Claire, Monday night and the damage is everywhere
The twister up in Ladysmith actually stirred up quite a bit of damage, it even sent dozens of people to the hospital.
The winds tore up all sorts of property in downtown Ladysmith, and the Red Cross said a four-block area was destroyed.
Down on the ground, houses were demolished and entire walls were blown away.
The power was out Monday night, but folks say they're just happy to be alive.
There have been no reports of any deaths, and the Red Cross is sending disaster teams to set up emergency shelters for those who are homeless.
